It is based on real BIM models of factory production, not on theoretical plans. It is an autonomous, one-off service, without a construction commitment , that allows you to see your idea on your own plot and decide if it is worth proceeding, avoiding mistakes, overruns, delays and unnecessary money.
Through the preliminary study , you gather in one package everything you need to make a decision with real data: VR and photorealistic visualization of the project , study of shading, orientation and correct placement on the plot, cost estimate and construction - delivery schedule. At the same time, we examine access, flows, slopes, pool and outdoor space locations, return on investment in the area and possible obstacles in cost, permit or functionality.
