Our journey spans over 30 years of experience, starting in 1997 as “Construction Development” by Dimitris Dimopoulos, a pioneer in the Passive House model and bioclimatic architecture. With the entry of the new generation and our new facilities in Alissos, we utilize advanced BIM and AI technologies for even greater accuracy and energy efficiency.
