Our story begins in 1997, when Dimitris Dimopoulos, a pioneer in the Passive House model and bioclimatic architecture, founded the company “Anaptyxi Kauppastiki”. From the very beginning, his goal was clear: to bring innovation and sustainability to people’s everyday lives. With the entry of the new generation—Ioannis and Anna-Lierka—and thanks to our new facilities in Alissos, we combined the family know-how with the latest in BIM technology, AI-driven BMS systems and modular construction. Thus was born NIDA, a company that does not just construct buildings but envisions a healthier and more sustainable lifestyle for everyone.
