Our Projects
Since 1997 we have been active in the design and construction of buildings , second generation in construction, and since 2012 we have been implementing the Passive House standard, starting from our own offices and residences, where we have experienced in practice comfort, clean air and almost zero energy and maintenance bills.
Today we design and build residences, villas and tourist accommodations with these standards. One of our most important projects is the EnerVillas in Alissos, while from Spring 2026 the EnerVillas in Spartoula will also be available , where in addition to the energy standards we have also implemented the full modular construction system of NIDA.
Because everything we recommend to you, we have first implemented ourselves.
Enervillas
In 2016, we built and certified the first Passive House Premium tourist accommodations in the world — a global milestone for Greece and for us.
As one of our first visitors said:
"Unless you live in a house like this, you can't understand what it means."
A little later, as expected, he trusted us to build his own house to the same standards.
