Its steel construction and layered panels make it durable and stable. The elegant anthracite facade with wooden details and large windows ensures a modern look and plenty of natural light.

The home is delivered “turnkey” and ready for use the same day. It has a living room with a kitchenette, bathroom, and loft. The kitchen is fitted with BOSCH appliances and the bathroom with GROHE fixtures and Villeroy & Boch ceramics. Heating is provided by an air-to-air heat pump and electric underfloor heating.
